Hẹn Terms of Service
These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the Hẹn app and related services (the "Service") provided by Synergy People (the "Company"), and the rights and obligations of the Company and members. These Terms are provided in Korean, English, and Vietnamese. This English version is a translation. If the versions differ, the Korean version prevails.
1. Nature of the Service
- The Service is an online service that provides profile viewing, member recommendations, chat, and translation so that adults living in Korea can get to know each other and talk.
- The Company does not broker or arrange meetings or marriages between members, and does not operate a marriage brokerage business under the Marriage Brokerage Business Management Act (결혼중개업의 관리에 관한 법률). Members decide for themselves whom to talk with and meet.
- The Company does not guarantee the truthfulness of information entered by members or the outcome of meetings between members.
2. Effect of and changes to these Terms
- Members agree to these Terms when they sign up, and the Terms apply from the time of agreement.
- The Company may change these Terms to the extent that doing so does not violate related laws. When it does, the Company will announce the changes and their effective date in the Service and on this page at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes that are unfavorable to members or significant).
- A member who does not agree to the changed Terms may delete their account. If a member continues to use the Service without stating their refusal within the period set in the announcement, the member is deemed to have agreed.

- Members must enter only true information about themselves. Members must not enter false information that affects the other person's decisions, such as name, age, nationality, marital history, whether they have children, or photos.
- Members may not lend or sell their account to anyone else, and must keep their login method secure. If a member learns that their account has been used by someone else without permission, they must notify the Company immediately.
